Practical Classic Magazine feature

Post by petecossie »

I've been reliably informed that the photoshoot I attended back in February with the Breadvan is in the latest May edition of Practical Classic. It is a full 8 page feature I'm told by Alan Jones (Looks after Z Register in BMWCC and put me in contact with PC Mag) who went down with me for the day.
Haven't seen the article myself yet as Alan gets his PC on subscription and Tesco still has the April edition on the shelves plus I haven't received anything as yet from PC, most likely coming early next week I hope.
The feature is centred around 50 years since the Triumph GT6 was first on the road and wanted to look at how the car had evolved through 4 chosen models of a 2 seater enclosed GT with a straight 6 engine.
On the day they had the following:-

Triumph GT6 Mk1 and Mk111 models
MGC GT
Datsun 240Z
BMW Z3 M Coupe

I'm looking forward to reading the article and seeing how the photos turned out. I think the car will be a lot more photogenic that me though.
