Z4 alarm doesn't seem to like the cold

I don't seem to be able to get a decent night's sleep at the moment. My Z4's alarm goes off in the middle of the night and does my head in!! It's not the full blown 'look at me I'm being stolen' alarm, but more of a polite 'peep peep peep' with flashing indicators.

Anyone had this before?

Hi - mine did the same for the first few weeks I had it - cold & rain - alarm would go off - took it back to dealers three times - & they eventually fixed it by fitting a mod consisting of some tape fitted somewhere - no problems since 5 months now - dealer was fawdingtons in newcastle upon tyne - if you ring them they'll tell you the fix - good luck

there is a mod for putting foil tape behind the interior microwave sensors in the doors, but in some cases they need replacing. faulty bonnet switches are more common tho, get your alarm trigger memories read first.
