2003 LHD Z4 Roadster Windscreen seal question

Hi Guys

Mallorca has taken its toll on my topless baby there.

Windscreen seal has perished badly - see attached evidence.

I went to my local BMW dealer in UK and he can provide me with a three sided seal - top and sides only. How do I square the square?

What additional part do I need that the screen sits in/on?

The third photo shows the part I need best - it's literally what houses the windscreen wiper housing as well as what the whole screen sits IN/ON.
