Fuel consumption difference from Z3 1.9 to Z4 2.2?

Post by TAV »

I have my eye on a nice 2.2 Z4.

Will I notice a huge difference in fuel consumption going from 1.9 8v to 2.2?

At the moment,I do mostly short journeys, and get approx 40 - 45 miles on £10 of fuel. I was going to find a 2.0 Z4, but the sound of the 6 pot sounds soooo much nicer.

40-45 miles per £10 of fuel means nothing - try calculating yout mpg after a few full to full refills.
