I have one almost the same under driver door which was touched in by a previous owner. Only spotted it last week when looking for jacking point under car :wink:

some kill rust , touch up paint and some TLC should do the trick

Looks like a bit of corrosion under that paint muppet [bubbles]

as above small blisters around the chip are corrosion under the paint (spidering) wont be deep tho and jennolite should provide a perminant cure

But this photo also shows that your paintwork could do with "paint correction" too. Easily done...
