I found this on the sill below the passenger door yesterday

I have one almost the same under driver door which was touched in by a previous owner. Only spotted it last week when looking for jacking point under car

some kill rust , touch up paint and some TLC should do the trick

as above small blisters around the chip are corrosion under the paint (spidering) wont be deep tho and jennolite should provide a perminant cure

But this photo also shows that your paintwork could do with "paint correction" too. Easily done...
