chrome spraying badges?

Post by sirius-c »

i have a "2.8" badge that in places has bits of the finish missing.

I've seen rattle cans of mirror chrome spray paints,
does anyone have any first hand experience of these, are they any good if not could you suggest another method for touching up the plastic badge?

Not sure about respraying but a new badge is under £20.00 from BMW Cooper Parts

BMW Cooper Part 2.8 Badge

I am thinking you would need to get the old badges off to spray them properly so this may be an option?
