Powerflow Exhaust.

Post by jester212 »

Today I got my custom made Powerflow exhaust fitted. Was made up of the two rear boxes. The tail pipes I selected were a perfect fit. I had a it fitted at Turriff Tyres, about a 45 Min drive from my house. It took them all morning so about 4 hours to fit it and I must say the quality of the fit and the boxes are superb, no rattles or loose fittings, very solid. Total cost was £580 which I think is reasonable considering when you look at the prices for the big names.

The sound is soooooooooo good, not to raspy, just a nice deep burble. I have uploaded a quick video on you tube....

You have certainly made my mind up. I wanted an exhaust for under £400 for my Z3-3.0. Yours sounds absolutely perfect.. Sporty but not chavy !

As I only have 1 backbox I would assume it would come in under my £400 budget. I just hope it sounds as good as your M ...

How is twin tailpipes coming out of a single pipe from the box in a "Y" formation better for performance than the OEM of two separate tailpipes from the box?

Cheers for the comment. I think it would come under the £400 mark but don't quote me.

Not my style. I've merely asked a question and made a statement on the answer given, and I left it at that 5 days ago. Why do you need to comment now? (no need for you to answer)
Apart from the 2 postings on this thread this week I have made just one posting here since 9th December 2008. Hardly the work of a troll.
