part on engine help??

Post by dansutton »

hi all

i've got a 97' z3 2.8 and at the front on the car under the radiator are two rubber pipes that then attach to a metal square shape pipe which has started to rust. Any ideas as to what the metal pipe is? And are they expensive to renew?

Thanks Danny.

Please do not ask questions in the knowledgebase, it is a forum where you show us stuff you have done.

PAS pipes suffer corrosion I decided to replace metal pipework and collant pipe on mine as replacing a weeping PAS high pressure hose..............Then again I am fussy and would rather spend on preventative work than await a disister when least welcomed.
