Thanks for all the nice comments. Im going to give it a good clean this week and post some more pictures but how do I make the number plate swirly in the pictures.
I know how to block it out but would like to know how to make it swirly.

This is how I do it:
Host the images on Photobucket then for each picture select 'Edit' then 'Distort'. You'll see the 'Twirl' tool that you can change the size of and use anywhere in your image.
