Cat & Fiddle 2010 - 25th to 27th of June 2010
Cat & Fiddle 2010 - 25th to 27th of June 2010
After the popularity of last few years Cat & Fiddle events i have the pleasure in announcing a return to the area this year on the 25th to 27th of June 2010.
The event starts in a little village south of Buxton, Hartington, where we will be staying for the duration in a country hotel:
Charles Cotton Hotel, Hartington, Derbyshire. SK17 0AL
This is the same hotel we have used for the last few years and we are pleased to be using it again after they looked after us so well.
The Hotels Website can be found here
The weekend will involve the normal long runs during Saturday and Sunday including a lunch stop. The runs will also contain a few stops to to take in some of the spectacular scenery on offer.
Our evening meals will be served at our hotel on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
As with other recent format weekends the event starts on the Friday evening - at the hotel.
The cost for accommodation will be around £110 for double room per night and £80 for single occupancy of a double room per night. These costs include Bed, Breakfast and Evening meal - so I think that you will agree, it's a pretty good deal.
Unfortunately the hotel will be restricted to a maximum of 12 rooms due to the limited amount of rooms available.

Hi Guys,
Top job by John & Laura.
We both had a cracking time, thanks for the warm welcome from you all as Cruise Virgins. Hope we did not slow you up too much.......
Thanks for taking pole position Sunday Phil.
Routes, location and grub were the business.
Think we had better brush up on our Dads Army trivia next time.
Will try and get some pics uploaded when I can wrestle the camera off Julie.
Regards Dave.
