I have thought about them and missed a set on american eBay which sold just above my max bid (I had to factor in taxes and duty).
but..... I've seen some type III with them fitted and then removed. They badly scratch the paintwork so my worry is you cannot just fit and remove as you like as the retaining springs will scratch
If I see a set cheap I'll no doubt pick them up..... also ........I have a set of Type II's with deep dish ET9 rears on the way

It was intriguing to see that German cars ordered with M suspension option also included a limited slip diff as part of that package and that the LSD was also a standard item on 2.8 and M models (including coupe).
So i guess this means my car definitely has a limited slip diff on it well chuffed now...
