Halo Headlight Fitment - Homage to Jonnt

Post by Richardenigma »

Just fitted a new set of Headlights to Albino (thanks Orinocco - I know its been 11 months) courtesy of Jonnt's comprehensive guide on here and just thought I'd share the outcome with some pics!

It was an absolute doddle and even managed to swap out the headlight adjusters with the only hiccup being the need to extend the indicator wires on the LHS which was easy enough!

The headlights look cosmetically awesome and I look forward to experiencing their functional brilliance (pun intended) later.

The only finishing touches to consider now are replacing the indicator bulbs with chromed ones (very tempted) and replacing the bumper sidelights with LEDs...the agony of choice!

Finally just picked up a set of Shadow Chrome Z3M wheels which are being picked up tomorrow and have just fitted winter plumage (hard top) so will post some pics once the wheels are fitted to show the entire ensemble...

Looks good, you could perhaps do with a new front numberplate?

Hi Richard
The car looks very nice in white. I would go with your suggestion and fit silver indicator bulbs and led side lights in the bumper. It will give the front end a nice clean look particularly with your car being white.

The lights themselves are a vast improvement over the original ones driving at night and look the business when they are on.

Glad they found a good home!

Regards
Orinoco

They look great, glad the guide helped

ps I agree that silver indicator bulbs always look better

Aw hell, now I'm gonna have to order a set... they look perfect against the white, so fingers crossed they will look good against silver too.

Nice one. :thumb:

They look fantastic.. Can anyone suggest where I could have them fitted for me (Both the halo lights and chrome bulbs). I have absolutely no skills in fitting them myself. I live in London

Thanks
