Recommended brake fitter in south London?

Tyres, exhausts, suspension, strut braces, air filters, brake pads/rotors and anything else for 'dawn raiders'.

Recommended brake fitter in south London?

Post by jmk »

Hi All,

I've just taken delivery of yellowstuff front and back brakes, and now need to get them fitted. I called my regular BMW independent specialist and they said they only fit what they sell. Called somewhere else recommended on the EBC website as a fitter - same story.

(now beginning to wonder if I should have got the brakes direct at all...)

Anyone know any good independent who'll fit in south London. I'm in the Streatham area.

Thanks,
J

Is it purely to remove & refit new pads?

Why not do it yourself? If not I do know a general spanner guy in Mitcham who I've had do work on my other half's car & he's a great guy.

thanks guys.
i thought about doing it myself, but given i don't have a garage, jack, any other tools or experience, i thought it might be easier to get someone who knows what he's doing :)

spacemonkey - could you give me the details for your guy in mitcham pls?

any idea of how much it should cost/time to do?
