Just wondering...z3 owners in East London / Essex?

Post by Dave'z3 »

Hey I've seen a lot of z3s around recently and I was just wondering who out of the rabble on here is local. I'm Dave 'n im 24. Would be great to hear from people and maybe talk about a meet up?

Anyway hope everyone has had a good bank holiday weekend!

Hi Dave,

I'm currently in Pilgrims Hatch near Brentwood, having just moved from Hainault so I guess I fall into the Essex / East London crowd.

I could be up for a meet at some point over the summer..

If you want someone else to potter along with you at the back of the field I'm up for that over the summer sometime....be good to meet some other Z3 owners that may wave....most don't I've noticed.....that doesn't stop me of course...even when I'm driving my wifes' Mini...doh!

That sounds good. I've been on 1 meet already in kent that was a really great day out! Will have to organise something with you guys...and I think a turbo would be an AWFUL idea as I would end up with about 5MPG as i would want to hear the turbo all the time...

I will be in Loughton tomorrow. I visit a mate up there every so often, so may be able to tag along for an event.

If people are available I could try to organise something for all of us this weekend (As in a 1 day thing Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday? There is another cruise up north this weekend but it would be a major trek to get up there, let alone then stay up there and cruise around.

Let me know what you think.

Im not about this weekend, but im interested to note replies from Colchester and Maldon. I grew up in the countryside there, and there are some fantastic driving b roads between the 2 towns.
