Silverstone
We will be going , don't live far away but thinking of camping as getting in and out there can be very bad . Are most Zeds just going for the Saturday or both days ?[/u]
I'm all booked
Fri & Sat Silverstone with Friday night in Horwood House
I'll bring the barbie
ps I don't know if I'll may the display on the Friday as I think you need to be there by 10am but it was only £10 more for the 2 day pass so worth it even if I park in public parking and see some racing on the Friday afternoon

Oh dear! Is my old car the smallest Zed 3 going to this gig on Sat with engine size of 1.9cc Where is everyone??
I was planning on camping but there only seems to be one price for the whole weekend. I was only planning on staying on Saturday night, but I am not paying £40 for one nights camping!!Tori wrote:We're also up for camping on the Saturday night - could be a giggle, look forward to it

Red and blue coupes that sounds a nice combination and will look good.
Saturday booked up for both me, and G8JKA in our relevant Z4M/Z3 roadsters.
Z3 2.8 Progress Journal (Mine)
Z3 1.9 Sport Progress Journal (Wifey's)
I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..
That is it the wife and I are booked in for the Sat/Sun ...............
Wife will attend one day and prehaps my son on the second we shall see.
The beauty of living around 50 miles up the road.
Be about time I met some of you guys as I missed you all both times I went
to the Cosford Breakfast meet.

Nice to see you going vic, i can have a look at the changer make sure you fitted the slider correctly
Yep the Slider just clipped on. I can see why it may have been knocked off
as it is a little exposed and flimsy. I guess I will be buying you a beer there

I'm a bit confused by this, arn't we all showing our cars, I thought that was the point. A display of 500 zeds not a display of 10 zeds with 490 in the car park?hornel Z3M wrote:Its only if you are showing your car it has to be there by 10am if you are parking up like most of us you can go in anytime. You are confused to the point that the bmwcc of gb are holdind a car show and stand. They have kindly given us a discount through their club to park the cars on the infield next to the circuit and which we are doing a parade lap to celebrate the 15th birthday of the z3. The cars will obviously be seen by thousands of people even when parked up.
Re: z
Ah! I assumed, stupidly, that the 500 Zed gathering was to be the focal point of the BMWCCGB show/stand I didn't realise we were seperate.hornel Z3M wrote:You are confused to the point that the bmwcc of gb are holdind a car show and stand.
