Just remembered and bought my ticket for the Zed-Fest,

Booked for the Saturday only, so can you please add me to the growing list of participants.

Also booked the Holiday Inn Express at Northampton M1 Jct 15 for the Friday and Saturday night, if any one would like to have a natter.

As there appears to be a fair few of us traveling from most of the UK .......

Anyone want to meet up just outside the circuit somewhere on the Sat morn ................. :idea:

Might be nice to enter on mass as it was ..............

Note to ones self: Thinking outloud may get me in trouble.

Are you attending in a zed calbens? I understood you were coming along in something else - the first post is to give an indication of zed numbers.

We are taking the M Roadster but Marise would like to take the Alpina :head:

So it has to be the M on this occasion.

It has to be the AH 3000, it is a 'classic' car event after all.

Beautiful though the Z4 Alpina is, it is not really a classic (yet!).

Can I get a V-pass with my extra free admission, I would rather take 2 zeds with 1 person in each, than the 1 zed with two persons using the free admit.
I have two zeds, but can only show one of them whilst my Fiancee is free to attend as a passenger in my car, rather than as a driver in hers.

Try giving Silverstone organisers a call and explain the situation. They've been helpful so far (with other anomalies) but if you get no joy then come back to me and we'll take it from there.

If only two people are going, I would think it would be ok, one ticket per car for entry, vehicle pass for the zed and the other car in the public carpark

I've just done a numbers update and we've passed the 200 mark (201 registered now :thumb:

)

Note that there are lots of pre-printed flyers available from the BMW Car Club office. If you get in touch (office@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk or 01225 709009) they'll send you some so that you can give them to other zed owners you meet whilst you're out and about ....or take my lead and just put them under the wiperblades when you see a zed in a car park! Getting the message out to non-forum zed owners is the key to getting significantly bigger numbers for the event - hopefully you can all help in this respect :wink:
