Hiya guys, i need a new bumper.. is there any limitations on what year bumpers I can use? Will a 1997 one fit? are there any different between pre and post facelift front bumpers?

should be the same fitment mate...check the part numbers match on the Realoem site, always a good source of info

Some cars did not have parking lights in the front apron - I think these were the early 1.9 models. If your car does not have them, and a new apron has them, it's easy enough to connect them to the parking lights in the headlamps.

You can also of course fit a 2.8 etc unit, which has a deeper air intake with a splitter at its base

cheers guys, appreciate the help.. just didn't want to end up buying a bumper to find id got the wrong one or an outdated on for my 2001 model.
