Hi chaps, I'm going to be there in my MR2 and will be paying you a visit. Your task tomorrow is to convince me the Z3 or Z4 is my next car, I'd love to pick your brains and see your cars
I am having problems with opening the carsinthepark website to print the ticket, not sure if its the website or the internet however if I cannot print the ticket can I get in through turning up?

I've just managed to log-in to CITP (using Firefox) but as a back up I'll copy one of our tickets that you can use. I don't think that they have ever checked the reg on the ticket against the car at any previous CITP events.
Portymaster if you are still having problems PM me and I can print your ticket out and bring it along to Ferrybridge, I have just done mine and the website was fine.
Wabbitkilla I am sure there will be pleny of us to convert you to the Z side

That's fine. Up until this event payment was made through CITP and registering under the "Zroadster.net&Zroadster.org" Car Group means that Chris (the guy who runs CITP) would know how many spaces would be required for that Car Group and there would be a fixed parking plan. This time there isn't a parking plan as such which is why we have to arrive together if we want to park together. There are some stories about parking at previous events - a pink Z3 and a rather large fan spring to mind
I'm really sorry but I am not going to be able to make it.
I did try setting off but tyre pressure gauge was flashing. Got to the garage and no super unleaded petrol also noticed I had forgotten my purse!!! Drove back 2 miles home , portable air compressor not working. Went back to garage with purse and their big air compressor either couldn't blow the tyre up or wasn't working!!! Bought a portable air compressor and went back home. I am going to stay here as even if I can inflate the tyre I don't want to take the risk of driving on it and as we all know, ///Ms don't have spare tyres. Argggggghhhhhh I hope you all have a good day anyway!

Finally highlight of the day has to be this stupid thing. Never seen anything like it!! It was complete with smoke generator in the boot with the ICE. What is all that about?

Just home myself now. A very pleasant day out in the park, and it even managed to stay dry for us. Good to catch up with you all and meet some new faces. Many thanks for the help with the 'magnificent'. Might have to go for a nap now, as it was a 6.30 alarm call for me this morning.
Some nice zeds
Truly hideous gold thing
Sorry you couldn't make it, P. Hope you get Sharky sorted next week.
Cheers R.

Glad that you enjoyed the day and hopefully had a better journey home. Apologies as I should have checked where you were coming from as I would have PM'd you a contact number in case there where any problems on the way.
To all the others thanks for turning up as arranged - made my day much easier and nice to meet old friends and a lot of new faces.
P: hope that you get Sharky sorted - you could have brought Toaster and we could have used RobertT's valeting tent for washing and detailing.
Great pics lads looks like you had a brill day,and it looks a bit warmer than where we were at the pod,
Pity i dont have a clone then i could have attended both events.
