Leaks!!
Leaks!!
Help! Now that we are in the rainy season again, I checked the zed the other morning and to my horror found the passenger carpet was soaked. The seats were dry and nothing seemed to be coming in from around the windows which is what I expected. So after taking out the trim and centre console I managed to get the front carpet out to start drying it. I hoped to now be able to see where the leak was but the only area that I can see a small amount of water coming in is where the bottom front corner of the door seals. The thick rubber seal looks in good condition and has no cuts or abrasions. I cannot imagine how that much water has got in the car. Has anybody else had a problem in this area?
Re: Leaks!!
It's worth having a look here, doesn't seem an obvious place for water to enter but it seems to be a common though easily fixed problem.
