Go for a known make Bosh or Siemens don't waste money on ebay items, new one is going to hurt you wallet try Carparts 4 less thats what I did after wasting money on cheaper ebay items.
Could always try a Breakers for a used item but better off gong for a new one imo.

MAY are expensive! Are you sure you need a new one? did you try to clean yours?

Or did you try with someone else MAF to see if there is any difference?

The choices for a replacement are 1) buy new Bosch (Bosch system on the 4 pot cars) or 2) take a slight risk with a second hand Bosch one - I managed to buy one for £15 which works perfectly. Unfortunately a new Bosch MAF sensor for the M44 engine is quite expensive - they are cheaper for the more modern M43TU engine - it's probably a manufacturing economy of scale thing.
