New toy

Post by stevov »

Picked this 2.0 up a couple of weeks ago. After 9 years with a 420hp evo it's a bit more sedate. Will be interesting to see how it does at spa and the ring next year.

Had 10 years with 2 evo and 170,000 miles. Wasn't getting the use of the evo due to starting my own business. A lass was looking for another evo for track work so I let mine go to do what it was made for. The Z was offered to me and I have always found them interesting. I grew up in Canada with rear drive cars and the Z was to good to pass up. Just noticed the stang in your sig. I sat my drivers test in Canada in a 73 grande

Hi stevov
If you get the chance try a ///M, you won't miss the Evo, maybe the 4x drive if it had it
A great forum to join, a great knowledge base

Never been a fan of bm's M series cars mate. Less power that the evo and the handling not as sharp. On a Scottish b Road nothing touches them and they're not to shabby on track either. An M would leave me wanting more power where as the 2lt z is what it is. A few handing mods and optimal tune will suffice
