Hi Dave, Got the Zed taxed in the end, my autism didn't allow on-line so went n'other post office with me dosh. I am 2 mins off J23 so Trowell is going north two junctions just to come back again. Was thinking of going A426 / A5 @ M1 J20. Could possibly meet at lorry park J23, it's literally 1/4 mile off the junction after going to the right as you come up the slip road. You may wish to do your own thing though as I like a leisurely cruise, don't like being pushed along!

I would have put myself down to come as I would have liked to have met some more fellow zedders including .org members and seen all the diff roadsters and specs etc...but my zed is still needing some more TLC before its brave enough to mingle with other shiner zeds  and I would have to drive in the opposite direction of the meet to go and collect him and then drive all the way back :(

That and plus I am out on Sat night for friends birthday and more than likely won't be home till it gets light and so will be spending sunday recovering with a severe hangover

Adrian where did you go? You missed a seriously good treat at the end. Can't divulge yet but all will be revealed when it can.
Cracking day all round. Weather was a little rubbish at times but it's only March so to be expected. Shame more could attend. You missed a really good day. :)

You're not wrong Dave, a great day was had by all!

We can now officially let the cat out of the bag, after receiving permission from the powers that be....

We stopped off at Silverstone - in the Caterham car park - and to cut a long story short, we were invited onto the Grid!! 24 Zeds in total!

Image

...I also spent the day in a Giraffe Onesie, but that's a different story altogether...

Dave. I was 'tail-end charlie' on the cruise from Stowe to Silverstone, it became clear the cruise had got lost and appeared to be doubling back. At a roundabout I had to give way to 'normal' cars but the cruise continued on without waiting for me and the upshot was I was left abandoned somewhere in Milton Keynes! Seeing the M1 signposted I decided heading home the best option.
A little aghast at the charge for a fry up.

Bentley Boy, You were given the postcode to the next location and you were also detouring to enjoy some country roads. Shame you felt that about the breakfast I was very impressed.

Shame about that I had the same happen to me on Deano's Yorkshire cruze . I was waiting for others to catch up at a left turn but they took a different route .I waited about 7 mins but the rest f*cked off .so we ended up going home. As I hadnt got the final point
I always make sure now I got all the info.
