Boston Green newbie

Post by Benw123 »

Hi everyone,

Pleased to join the forum. Collected my Zed a week ago and thoroughly enjoying the experience! It's a 1.9 twin-cam in Boston green with the black leather.

Looked at a couple of tatty examples before taking the plunge. This one has done 84k with a stamped history and is pretty good mechanically, although the body has a few chips and the odd scratch. My wife and I have other cars so the Zed is purely a toy - will run it for six months across summer and then hope to tackle a few jobs in the garage over winter.

I've limited the mileage on my insurance but this evening, my wife managed managed to rip the front bumper off my Audi A3, so the Zed will be in daily use for a while!

Must be the best excuse yet posted as a reason to use the Zed as the daily car. :D
