If you go to RealOem.com you can find exploded diagrams that show all the part numbers for your car.

The part no. 51411973500 is a plastic clip:

I am actually looking for the black plastic "socket" that is glued to the door card.

That's part of the door card, so doesn't have a part number.

I might have the old door card from mine, if I do have it, it'll be burnt in areas but you're welcome to it. I may have thrown it out though, if not it'll be in the roof space of the garage. I'll check when I get home in a couple of days.
