Hi
Have removed my front wheel arch liners, got the offside sill off to knock out a dent and deal with the rust, the two fixed studs that help hold the liner in place sheared off, if I lift the carpets can I get too drill them out from inside or are they hidden in a box section? have drilled one from underneath but the one nearest the sill is a bit close me chuck on the drill is rubbing on the body so I can not get in square
thanks for your help
Front Wheel Arch Liners
Re: Front Wheel Arch Liners
They're the ones with the plastic nuts right? I have the same problem with the wheel sensor junction box.
Next time I'm nibbling the plastic nut with cutters.

I like that! That's a great solution - depending on what sits behind the stud. Ebay seller buycarspares2 has the identical tool for £19.4wheels wrote:dont buy off these lot... but

It's very similar to the principle of the spider leg plasterboard fixes that draw in behind. And they are very solid fixings - have put LCD TVs (okay 24") on the wall with those.

They are a common thing these days. Modern cars are put together with lots of them by robots of course.... And more Complicated methods like tox pressing.
