Post by Hdz3 »

Hi , can anyone tell me the correct name and part number for the interior plastic trim that sits right below the windscreen that's held in place by three screws, mine has cracked in two places.

Put your last 6 digits of your VIN number in oem site and look up the part for your particular model including right colour
Here is mine for a 99 1.9

Checked realoem, found the diagram , can see the part I want but when you scroll down it isn't listed , the caps that cover the fixing screws are , does that mean they are not available .

Normally it does state when items are not available.
Easiest way to find out is to contact your local dealer.

The part closest to the windscreen with the 3 blanks covering the little bolts (8mm I think) is the main part of the dashboard.

Big job replacing it.

I have a few black dashboards already removed from the car in Woking, Surrey if you need parts.

Thanks

Oh right, I thought it was just a cover over the windscreen vents, I'll have to have a rethink, thanks
