Re: Z3 3.0 M Sport Roadster
I wish you the best of luck with your sale but in the interest of any prospective buyers it is worth pointing out that this is not a Sport model.

What makes you say that his car is not a Sport Model?

The grill is wrong and the sport has stainless steel in the area that holds heater controls, gear lever etc. It has sports seats....

Personally I would need to look at the bump stops on the shocks or the original order sheet to determine whether or not it was a sport model.
BMW sold many Zd’s with tailored (Individual) packages.

Yalden is correct, all 'true' 3.0 Sport models came with a crisscross front grill and a sculptured (brushed) aluminium console that were not available as options out of the factory to other 3.0 cars.
This has a lot of sport model additions -Seats/wheels/maybe Msport suspension, that could be picked as options on the non sport car, but it is not a sport model.
Incidentally I owned a true 3.0 sport.
Having said that. It's a great looking car, with a great spec

Z3 2.8 Progress Journal (Mine)
Z3 1.9 Sport Progress Journal (Wifey's)
I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..
