Classic Car Action Day
Castle Combe race circuit is set in beautiful countryside.
The event was a mix between a track day and club exhibits.
The area set aside for clubs was extremely cramped
as the photo below shows.

The "classic" nature of the Z area was enriched by a Z1.

Track time consisted of five laps, the first of which was supposed to be slow. From the side of the track, progress seemed leisurely.

But from inside the car, things were rather more hectic.

Setting up for the chicane.

Petrol consumption worked out at just under 9 miles per gallon! The track was an interested experience, but not as fun as driving down a windy country road.
