: Re: Side indicators - I am informed that UK law is that they are required for all cars manufactured after 1.1.1986, which of course covers all Z1s. The MOT test should examine for this compliance.
: Having said that, you will probably have noted that there a number of UK registered Z1s around without side indicators. This means that MOT Inspectors are either ignorant of the law or are turning a blind eye - or both!
: The moral is - pick your MOT Inspector with care before you start thinking about getting the electric drill out.
