: Background: I also have a Z1 (*lol*) and I alsways was afraid of paying more than 5000 German Marks for tuning up to Alpina RLE. Therefore we developed two ways to tune-up the Zetti:

: 1) Traditional way - original Parts of the motor installed, fast, cheap (nearly 3000 Marks incl. vat and installation) - 200 PS, 260 Nm

: 2) Alpina way with expensive parts - better at lower speeds, more expensive (5000 Marks incl. vat and installation) - 210 PS, 265 Nm

: If you are interested - please contact me. Both motors are 100% stable (proved at the Nürburgring many rounds full thottle *g*) and are only engineered in germany (sorry) .... myself, I will build in option number 1) in February 2001 !
