: So why oh why can I not get more than 20 miles out of a tenner. I mean, about £4.40 a gallon so call a tenner 2 gallons. 20 miles equates to 10 miles a gallon. I'm not a Larry Leadfoot and drive relatively responsibly.

: Now I've had it time and time again with Sytner about this. They swear blind that the consumption's fine. I would believe them if I didn't know that they rely completely on that poxy computer in the service bay. "Check spark plugs ?!, distributor cap for corrosion??!!, ignition leads worn???!!!" - All these basic tests are eschewed in favour of the computer.

: Is it worth me going to a real mechanic to check this stuff and if so, will it invalidate my (expensive)warranty ?
