: The index file is growing with the number of messages posted which means it takes a long time to load.  Until I can get around to implementing an archive facility I don't want to delete the older messages.  So in the meantime, the best way to use the board is to let the index file start to load and then read new postings by RIGHT-clicking on the message and 'open in new window'.  This allows the index file to continue to load in the background and saves having to press the back button to reload the index.
