I am thinking of installing a high quality car hifi in my Z1.

Has anyone any experience of installing high quality car hifi in a Z1.

I dont want to cut or modify the Z1 chassis so will use the original kickwells for midrange and mount tweeters off the kickwells at 90 degrees.

The removable panel behind could be used to mount a subwoofer and next to the spare wheel there is space for a five channel amp.

Any comments or suggestions, I have already fitted a wind deflector, noise has been reduced but not entirely.

Can you get a high quality sound in any cabriolet let alone the Z1?
