: Unless a seller of a Z1 or any non-US car can show you an HS-7 form (DOT) and a 3520-1 form (EPA) plus customs clearance papers (duty paid) and paperwork from an ICI for EPA testing and warranty don't buy the car!!!  Also, in the case of the Z1, the owner must have an original document from DOT showing S&D approval.
