I had a similar problem once in a Peugeot.
My problem was a loose throttle body but basicly any loose connection in a air intake system can cause this. Too much cold air is not good and when you have a warm engine the air become warmer so it is running better.
Other things might be a
- idle speed sensor fault
- vacuum leak somewhere
- sticky throttle body

This isn't really a dealer repair as you can check many components to close on the deal.
The big rubber hose between the air cleaner house and throttle body housing is definietly worth to take a look. Mine is cracked and since I used some superglue on it the engine definietly runs smoother, but it will need replacement.
