Hi everybody,
this is a question for you techs out there.

My drivers side door has had a problem whereby some sort of bracket has failed causing the belt to be broken/chewed up. Now BMW have undertaken a repair and taken 10 hours to do it (after an initial indication that it would take three hours!) Now what I would like to know is if any of you have had the same problem, the remedy and it,s timescale, and your general thoughts therein.
