Re: WANTED:Looking for a new Zed 2.8
I am about to sell my 2.8 Orinoco individual edition which I have owned for the last 7 years. I am only selling due to lack of use (and a small grandson:) .) Car has done less than 49,000 miles and has covered less than 500 miles in the past year . It is a 99 on a 'T' plate - V5 currently at DVLA to...

To be truthful I didn't know what tyres to put on. The car was originally on 16 inch wheels with Michelins and I hated the handling on them as you could put the car sideways on a dry road if you pulled away quickly (bearing in mind I am a retired police driver trained to pursuit level). Changing to ...

My better half has a 330ci and the rear PS2's were replaced with Falken 452's. I know and advise not to mix tyre brands but she only travels to and from work a distance of around 10 miles per day in traffic so what the heck  Whilst they may be very good on the Z3, I feel a little uneasy pushi...

Well had the zed mot'd this morning and got my indie to change the brake fluid as the light was on -great all in price for mot and brake fluid was £86. It passed the mot fine, but there was an advisory on the rear n/s tyre (Goodyear F1). I decided to bite the bullet and replace both rears. The F1has...

So glad to see that you got your car sorted. I do not believe there are more than half a dozen 'Orinoco' limited edition cars in the 2.8 version in the Country. I've got a cyclo machine polisher ( rather pricey but very good and no danger of burning the paint). I used to have an E34 with the 2 litre 6 cylinder. At 145,000 miles it drove like new. I would personally pay a little bit more and find one of the many lower mileage' toy cars' that are out there.
