Going to be selling my baby. Black 3.0i z3. Black with black leather. Some m upgrades. Wing mirrors. Wheels etc. Good condition really. Had it 12 years. 116000 miles.

Horn not working?? HELP!!!

Can anyone help?

Horn stopped working. checked fuses under bonnet all ok. can hear a clicking sound coming from fuses when pushing the horn button on steering wheel?
Any ideas what it can be?

Cheers mate. I've sealed the join like everyone else has where the catch is. But I'm getting a leak from the bottom of the door seal run a hose over it etc. can't see where it's coming in. Very frustrating.

All done. :) The fault was my dsc light came on and after spending £50 on diagnostic. It came up that the transverse acceleration sensor. Looked Like there was water damage on sensor. Alarm "HELP" please

My alarm after a few minutes of it being set goes beeb for a few seconds then the hazard lights start to flash but alarm does not go off. Any ideas anyone? All doors and boot are shut properly.

If I lock door manually I don't get this problem. ????????? My car is a z3 3.0i. Reg 2000

This is my 10th year of owning my z3. She never let's me down!!!! I have 3.0i the only thing I've ad to spend out on was a new power steering pump and new front shocks. Not bad really.

How long you had yours?

my new wheels

had this 3.0i baby for 3 years now. so i decied to get some new alloys for it. think it looks a lot better with 19" on it rather than the standard 17" i had. will take some better pics when it stops raining.

I have a 3Ltr Z3 and have F1's at the rear and goodrich at the front. i,ve had no probs only tramlining on the crapy roads where i live. in fact since i've had the f1's fitted my DSC light doesn't come on no where near as much as before.

When i took it back the bloke , he said it had moved a little, so he lined them up straight again. he told me that i have 500 miles in which i can bring it back to see if it has moved again, so when it stops being bloody cold and icy outside i will give it a good run in. hopefully it wont have moved...

I want to see some proof that mixing tyre brands really does matter. I've had two z3 now both of which had mixed brand tyres and neither off them seem to affect the drive, even now with the car pulling slightly to the left now and then doesn't make me think that it's solely down to the tyres..... or...

Cheers for the help. Had it fitted last week. Went on the z3base.com bought new box of kevin and had a JL sub installed. Makes a big difference, only thing is, my missus keeps telling me to turn it down when she's out with me. :head:
