If the car is drivable I would run around for a few miles, the ABS light may go off. Do the discs/pads need replacing ? The sensors can be a bit tricky to release so use some WD40 and soak for a while. As suggested you can get fairly cheap diagnostic equipment from eBay, you’ll need the connector ca...

Depends on the offset (et) and width of the wheels.

I bought a car with a Tracker and was informed that I could carry on with the contract. I was told the same as you, needs to be checked and at least battery replaced, cost would be near the cost of a new unit so I had a new unit fitted, like you I was told the old unit was obsolete, it was six years...

Easier to dry the waxed areas, water spots tend to appear on the unwaxed areas.

The wheel is thick in my Z4M and when I drive the Z3M you realise how thin the rim really is, after a few minutes it’s forgotten.

I don’t mind the wheel in the Z3M re thickness and diameter.

I don’t think a polish is abrasive enough to remove swirl marks, you’d need a compound and a machine to do that effectively.

Maybe just clay bar then polish then wax.

I’ve used a Meguires 3 stage cleaner/polish/wax in the past which was very good (after using a clay bar first)

Strange you should post this, I’ve been reading up on sealants, polishes and waxes. I agree that the car should be polished then waxed. If a sealant has been used then it’s pointless to wax on that.
