ahh ok so you must have been the previous owner for the guy I bought it off, its strange because the car came up for sale before I bought my S50, unfortunately he beat me to it, two years later it comes up and I only find out its the same car once i'd put a deposit down!! - fate intervening? I had the M for around 2 years - purchased it when it had around 20,000 miles and sold 15,000 odd miles later. Bought it around 2006. It really was a great car I miss is so badly; owned a few cars over the years but this one was just a perfect balance of rawness and day to day drivability. I sold th...

Wow how wonderful to see my old car on here! Glad you are enjoying it! Whilst i had it was very well looked after. I was going to take the strong strut off but I felt that it made the car and couldn't let the new owner experience life without it.

Car looks great - all the best

Looks like the TVR garage has either gone bust or closed down. Can find the web site anymore. By the way the guy is right that a couple of wheels need to be refurbished but the hood is fine. For the miles its covered it is cheap.

Thats my old car! I feel really sad that its being sold on so cheap - a real bargain for someone. I actually traded it in at a tvr garage so not sure how its ended up there. I owned the car for 2 years it hasn't missed a beat. I hope it goes to a good home - I miss it :(

butt strut for sale

As I have sold my s54, I have a butt strut for sale (imported from strong strut). I'm selling for £100 its in excellent condition with all bolts and spacers.

Can't recommend these highly enough (and the front strongstrut) makes a real difference to the way the car drives.

Just following on from my earlier post regarding the butt strut and unconfortable ride quality. I just tightened them up slightly and the ride is much a whole lot...

I don't think they charge such a big premium. My steel version cost around £250 and I think they are the only conpany that cater for the s54 engine. For the difference the strong-strut makes I found it extremely reasonable. Looking at another way, the price of the strut is equivelent to 2 1/2 hours ...

I used to have a lexus is300. The new is250 is a nice car, i think it has plenty of character as well. The build quality bomb proof and lexus customer service is totally awesome, in fact different planet when compared to BMW. I would think the is250 will hold its price better than an a4 too. :)

Kipper is that the price for a steel or alloy (light) version? I just ordered a titanium steel with 11 holes from them - they keep you up-to-date with the order and seem like a nice bunch of people. Can't wait to get it now, hopefully it should sort out the scuttle shake to a certain extent.
