Did mine - easy job to be honest.

i think they will inevitably wear down again over time but should be good for a few years.

forgot to plug in one sensor tho before i switched on ignition so got the airbag light.:head: :head:

hmmm not convinced - you would need one to make a pattern from anyway.

they are pretty substantial and i wouldnt like to be the one trying to make the folds in the steel and get the bend radius just right on the plates.

let alone getting the screw plates on to the inner mount tube.

how about popping it into a good indy ? they would probably only charge you £25 to do it if you have the parts ?

have you tried an imperial allen key ? i know when i did the seat bushes i used an imperial allen key to good effect on the torx T50 sized bolt that holds the rails on

expect some mods if you do go that route as i think the connections would need to be modified to work with the cable in the car ? best bet on connections is to check realoem to see what sort there is on yours other than that its a aerial... not much to say about them really whats the problem with yo...
