Are you sure your suspension components ie Bushes aren't to blame for the soft ride.

I work at Mercedes in Milton Keynes and when we had the bad weather last December a lot of the cars really struggled.

We've been lucky as my Wife drivesa FWD Toyota Celica which has been fine in the bad weather.

Gets us out of an awkward situation and meant my Integra stayed in the garage.

Really not so sure about the window sticker or your tow hook though mate. Looks oddball....but then again it's your choice.

Not really much modding aside from the wheels that you can do on a Z I think.

Does it not suffer from heatsoak then? I know my friends BMW 328I Coupe has a K&N and he runs a pipe to it but as part of the kit he's got an alloy sheet surrounding it which encloses the filter keeping it from the hot engine bay. Do these cars have the room to accomodate this? I'm learning you ...

There's definately money in restoring cars if you have the tools and knowhow.
Buy a calssic in need of TLC, spend sensible money restoring and either enjoy it and keep it or sell it.

p.s Geoff H, I like your wheels. Really suit the car.

Gary id do the airbox mod where you feed cold air to your filter with tubing ( gutter pipe ) from the front grill to under your light unit where currently theres a plastic cap.. Autotrader has seriously gone down hill IMO.
That said it's fine for selling cars under £1000.

What kind of commission does the ebay add take from the sale?
I've not used the ebay method before so am not sure but if it's easy to do then it'll possibly help this seller out and me in the future.

They didn't up until a few months back. Now I believe they do. However, it's a smaller charge compared to Autotrader which seems to charge through the roof now... :head: Pistonheads website generally attracts more motoring enthusiasts whereas Autotrader covers all of course and a lot of Petrol heads...

Is it a genuine carbon one Gaz? I know on the Integra DC2 club the 'Mugen' carbon airbox is about £600 and is probably the best aftermarket air filter system that exists for that car. I don't park mine up for winter either but my car usage is one week on and one week off so in the week it's resting the spiders are pooing on my car.

before the z3 i had never had a six cylinder car so it was something i wanted to do once and thought if i didnt hurry up i never would as it will only be rich people who can afford them in the near future.think it will be a long long time though before bmw stop making the straight six.anyway for me...

I agree that Dark Blue/Black really suit most cars. White is coming back in fashion in recent years.
