Re: Windscreen Replacement

Here in Spain, I have used Autoglass on 4 occassions through my insurance. Twice (3years apart) new windscreen on Porsche 944S2, new screen on partners Yaris, and new rear screen on my Fiat Ducato. Never had any excess to pay, and never affected my future premiums.

Re: Wanted: Z3 luggage rack.

Hi, I had a mark 1 MX5 before the Zed and it had a boot rack fitted. I removed it and when I sold the car I kept the rack.
Decided one day to try it on the Zed and it fits perfectly (clamps, no drilling). Just a thought, as bound to be many more racks available on fleabay etc for MX's than Zeds!

Fantastic job, worth every penny. Ten minute job (or less) to remove/replace!!

Hola all! Anyone here have any feedback on Falken Ze914 tyres on a 2.8? I need to replace the Falken 452's which were fitted new just before I bought the car four and a half years ago. I think you disconnect the battery for safety (poss triggering the airbag, not the light). I have removed the wheel on mine on numerous occasions and the light always came on when the battery was reconnected. Extinguished with an 18 quid resetting tool from flea-bay!

Never driven a standard 2.8, but my single vanos had the mod done before I bought the car and the low down torque is fantastic. It will pull in third from 800 rpm sweet as a nut, then will scream up to the redline if required no problem.
