Re: BM Steelers
There is the occasional error in the parts catalog. I spotted this recently with a facelift air vent channel. realoem has the sides swapped over. Personally I don't go with calling them steelers. Not for spares at least. Servicing maybe more so. Their parts eco system is generally very good and many...

You'll need all those parts and more including the DME and engine wiring loom.
My advice - don't do it. Keep as is or sell and buy a factory 2.8 car instead.

Please don't continue with this. As already said you are going to screw up operation of the air bag. An air bag door card has a hinged flap for when detonated. You are going to have door card including hard pieces of plastic blown at high speed into your side. Plus it's a 100% MOT fail to compromise...

If you mean the rear beam under the vicinity of the diff yes. If you mean the diff itself - not so sure I would do that.

The only adjustment on the roof structure itself is the catch mechanism. This should be adjusted so there is decent resistance as the handle is pushed home. There is arguably some adjustment from packing shims under the rear mounting points but that is set at the factory and shouldn't need to be tou...

Aftermarket sensors tend to have a bad reputation. But I think this is a sweeping generalisation. There must be some good ones out there. I think you may be over-specing the shock if you are keeping factory springs. Perhaps even risking mis-matching if the Bilstein has a shorter stroke and expects a shorter spring.
But this is not one of my areas of expertise so hopefully others can give you firmer advice.

INPA will let you trigger individual solenoids and this may help to isolate an issue.
But honestly, it sounds like a wiring fault it’s so apparently random. May be the old loom of doom in the boot. I can 100% tell you from experience damage there can do daft things like this.

If both horns failed at the same time and the fuses/relay are okay then it may be the steering wheel slip ring.
That's the ring behind the horn push with the rotatable electrics to fire the airbag and work the horn push.
