Rear bumper for 2002 widebody in arctic silver £40

As the title says; decent condition, no cracks, dents, etc. A few minor marks as you'd expect but nothing significant.

Located 2 minutes from M42 J10 but possible to meet in Congleton or perhaps Leeds as I travel a lot for work.

Re: No throttle response

Some water got in the boot, also the front wings were stripped off & some electrical connectors exposed when it suddenly rained & I didn't get the cover on quickly enough

No throttle response

A long story but I got some water ingress into the car.

Now the accelerator has no effect; car idles fine but won't rev.

Where would be the best place for me to go fault-finding presuming the car is now dried out?

Re: Headlight wiring query

Thanks- I'm labelling & taking photos at every stage so I don't have to rely on memory for what's what.

I'd never even heard of a marten repeller, so thanks for the education on this.

Wiring diagram downloaded but not well understood.

Re: Kobra conversion- various lights & body parts for sale

Fuel flap lock solenoid & cable- good condition.

As this is fairly small & light it could probably be posted.

Headlight wiring query

The Kobra build is ongoing but I've hit a little snag: Stripping the headlights out of my 2002 facelift Z3 I found a connector for the indicator, another for low beam, one for high beam & another whose purpose I have no idea. It's a 3-pin connector running to the middle of the headlight unit wit...

Re: Kobra conversion- various lights & body parts for sale

Front bumper is available but I'm keeping the mirrors.

Bonnet fits a 2002 Z3- it's attached to one at the moment.

Kobra conversion- various lights & body parts for sale

As per the title- I'm just about to start converting my titan silver 2002 facelift to a Kobra so all the various lights, wings, bonnet, boot etc will be for sale.

Please ask me for any bits you might want and we can agree a price. Location is Tamworth, 2 minutes from M42 junction 10.

Another potentially silly question- fans

On my 2002 2.2i I have an electric fan at the front of the radiator & a belt-driven one behind it. Is this normal & is this necessary? I would have thought that the belt-driven fan saps power at speed when it's not needed so much & does less work when sat in traffic when its need would b...

Z3 PAS cooling loop

Hi- I'm new around here so please be gentle when I ask what might be a silly question. My PAS cooling loop is rusty & needs replacing. Instead of the OEM part which will rust again given time, is there any advantage or disadvantage to using a 7/10/13 row alloy oil cooler? What size connections w...

Re: ZRoadster.net Members with Diagnostic Kit

I'm based in Tamworth; I have a codereader which can reset lights and a workshop with a fair few tools for when the fault's been found. Anyone nearby who needs the facilities is welcome.
