You could try Mark at Leighton Hall Auto Services in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead - I think his hourly rate is around £45. He used to be a tech for a BMW franchise before going it alone, I had him fit my Axxis pads in the summer.

Unless run organisers are required to breathalise drivers and perform body searches for drugs (no ta!) then I'm not sure they can be held responsible for this...unless they are employing the driver or own the car perhaps? I had to top up my Z4 at 2700 miles and at 4500 miles. I know quite a few others have had to do the same..... Exactly the same for me (also in a 2.2 Z4), I've put a litre in so far and am now at 5500 miles. Gary, the yellow oil warning light is just a "please top me up" a bit warning but ...

As far as I know there is no meeting point in Birmingham as there was no real interest from that area. However, Jules is travelling from Brum on Saturday morning and could meet up with you and Snaxo's group are making their last meeting point at Hopwood Services.
