Hi, best to ask the question of the painter. I am not sure about 'polishing' a new paint job as this action actually removes some of the paint to get it to shine which may be unnecessary. i wouldnt be surprised to see the price of z3's slowly increasing in time, i dont think they will drop a lot lower before they bottom out-its a lot of car for the money.

it is certainly fast - though I believe the Z4 3.0 is not quite up to the z3 3.0 I would guess that there isn't a car around here which would compete without speeds going quite high if you think of normal country road driving up to 60 - or even if someone was a bit naughty and took it faster to 80-...

or if you look at the facelift z4 2006-2008 (3.0si) they have 265hp, better economy than the M, cheaper tax than the M, & for road use are very close to an M's performance.
Had mine for 8months now & very pleased with it :wink:

I never go by the display anyway, as my normal 19 is indicated as 24.. but its the first time I have seen it...

Be careful with these longer fasteners as I found they left welts in the rear screen, as the roof lowers & the screen folds it came into contact with them-the old screen had a vertical split that lined up exactly!

I've had over 40mpg from my 3litre si z4 really taking it easy, this was over almost 170 miles on a recent road trip and it's accurate to within 1mpg when I calculate it myself :)
