Hi Aceman,Tim, thanks for the comments ,help and advice.i need a bit more practice me thinks.And yes Malcolm it is one of simons wind deflectors.very good too.I`ve ordered a simota and centre armrest also.Due in next week hopefully.So when i fit these i`ll post some more pics

Hi Tim, Very happy with the Z. took some of the pics today on a little run out. Not very happy about how i`ve posted these, gives too much access to all my albums,also on some pics the no plate is showing.i thought i had obscured it.too late now.I`ll have to brush up on my computor skills. Had a run out today in the Z,top down heater on, Great.first real run/test since i lowered it 40mm and fitted 25mm spacers to the rear wheels. thanks for the info.just rang a garage in denton they charge £75-00+vat.
spoke to a place in oldham £40-00+vat. sounds the same service. so i`ve booked my Z in for thursday morning.in oldham.let you know how i go on.

Hi Titan.
My logic told me the same,But after stripping out the boot coverings and behind the seats,i could not find any signs of leakage.Could it have evaporated?--Another of lifes little mysteries perhaps.

I had the roof oil topped up back in september .i was told i needed special hood oil the only place i could get it was my local bmw dealer,they sell it as a kit with new screws and copper washers cost £30-00.inc vat.

HI Jonttt and michael. and every one. Thanks for the info re- dropping 30mm as a maximum just goes to show i should have joined the forum sooner.i`ve measured the car and it`s actually dropped 45mm.So on the advice so far it looks like i need to find somewhere to make me a couple of spacers to go on...
