Hi Everyone, I'm putting a list of jobs together for the new year, one of which is to remove andrespray the brake calipers. I was wondering if anyone had done this recently and knew the thread direction of the main bolt which holds the calipers for all 4 corners? Just to save me sweating at the end ...

For the past 5 years every November I've put mine in the garage with the brakes copper greased and handbrake off, alarm off, roof unlocked, oil changed, full tank of petrol, cleaned and waxed and just sat for 6/7 months... No charger just a tailor made Z3 car cover and without fail....she starts up ...

does it really matter these days what the little digital number is on the dashboard?? I have seen far more cars belonging to forum members that have maybe 80-90k miles that are immaculate, I would much rather have than these than some mega low mileage example which hasn't even been run in yet!! I've just had both my rears replaced today during the MOT and could tell the difference immediately, went for the dearer ones at £46 each but was given the option of cheaper ones at £33 each, £60 quid to fit!

Hi mate, I've fitted the k&n to my 1.9 and it is pretty straight forward there is a hole in the back of the cone for the sensor, it's just clicks in

for my bond spec one, my best mate is a copper and he keeps reminding me it illegally spaced but ive never been stopped. Keep spare ones in the boot just in case on avice from Jontt!

It's a pre facelift model, all in good nick ust shocks and break pipes which are no good. Like I say pics to follow
