You should vacuum the roof before Step 1 or at least brush it. That could be step 0.5.

Why do you say it might be a dog? Have you gone and seen it? Is there questionable history?
If you want a Z3 ///M you'll have to pay the premium for it but it does sound like you have a really sorted 3.0. Decisions, decisions....

Hi Robert, car is on Bridgestone Potenza run flats on 18" light alloy M Double-spoke style 313M. Ride is firm and not that forgiving but I'm used to that driving Hamish. Runflats arent ideal for those seeking comfort on stiffly sprung BMWs but I like it - just need to watch out for potholes!! :...

RE roof cleaning - the Autoglym Cabriolet Fabric Hood Cleaning Kit works very wel. £20ish from Halfrauds.
Better results will be had if you can vacuum the roof first.

The 2.0 Z3 is a great car. I drove one for 3 years and loved every second of ownership - I would have it back in a heartbeat (if I was looking 3 cars again).
